Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield were one of the internet’s favourite couples, and the La La Land actress is taking a trip down memory lane to the time they worked together.
The Poor Things star was talking about the yellow dress she wore at the premiere of The Amazing Spider-Man in 2012, a while after she first met The Social Network actor, which made her recall the former flame as well.
In an interview for Vogue’s Life In Looks, the two-time Academy Award winner discussed how she felt working on the movie.
"I mean, I really loved doing Spider-Man. I loved everyone I worked with. I met Andrew there. I met Sally Field and Marc Webb was wonderful. It was really a special time in my life," Emma stated.
She went on to add, “The recurring theme is the people, more than kind of like the film itself, is what sticks with me for so long, and so I have only like the fondest memories of this whole experience."
The only thing that the Easy-A star was not fond of was the extensive press tour for the Marvel movie, which spanned over eight countries in two weeks.
Emma said that the jet lag made her feel “psychotic”, and the she has no idea how people do it.
Andrew has also been all praise for his former co-star and girlfriend, with the Boy A star saying in a 2021 interview that his experience with the Spider-Man movies was beautiful, and that it allowed him to meet and work with Emma.
