Kanye West’s life and years in which his mental health woes and relationships with ex-wife Kim Kardashian and his children deteriorated, has now been condensed into a documentary.

The official trailer for In Whose Name? has been released, and it appears to be an accurate representation of the controversial figure, as it contains shots of his creative outlook on his brand, with a voiceover that candidly puts forth his state of mind.

In the clips, the Runaway singer is a part of a cinematic montage, which follows him during his arguments with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, to shots of him smiling with his children to the time he held sermons and wore controversial pieces.

“I'm off my meds for five months now,” Kanye who now goes by Ye, begins in the trailer before it devolves into focusing on his failing marriage with the mother of his children.

“Your personality was not like this a few years ago,” says Kim, with a shaky voice, with more heartbreaking dialogues following this confession.

In another emotionally charged scene, the Skims founder attempts to calm the Yeezy founder as he angrily fires back and tells her to not say to him that he will eventually be left with nothing.

The Nicolas Ballesteros directed documentary is set to come out in theaters next month, on September 19.
