Martha Stewart responds to ‘RHONY’ casting rumours

Martha Stewart has issued a statement about if she will be starring in the new season of The Real Housewives of New York City after rumours started circulating of her being cast.

The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host, Andy Cohen, who is an executive producer for the reality show had noted that the channel was “heavily” casting for the well-lowed series.

Meanwhile a source had told Page Six that the Martha Stewart Living star was interested in taking part.

The outlet then reached out to the skincare line owner’s representative Susan Magrino, and her response was “not Martha,” with an additional “She says she is not a ‘Housewife.'”

Although Martha has straight up denied her involvement in the reality TV show, the businesswoman has admitted to having “friendly rivalry” with a former RHONY star, Bethenny Frankel for years now.

The author has also appeared on Andy’s show, noting that her favourite apple pie dish has not been given back to her by Luann de Lesseps’ ex-husband, Tom D’Agostino Jr., and also that he once ruined the great décor of an apartment that she had lived in by turning it into a bachelor pad.
