Kate Middleton reportedly starts most mornings with an unroyal staple: porridge.
The Princess of Wales is said to favour a bowl of slow-release oats, made with water or milk, to power school runs, workouts, and royal engagements.
According to BarBend nutrition experts, slow-release oats and "filled up and with enough fuel to attend royal events, exercise and run after her three children".
Kate tops her porridge with fruit, nuts, cinnamon, or a touch of sweetener for extra flavour and nutrients.
She’s also known to blitz antioxidant-packed smoothies, reportedly combining kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine, and blueberries for a potent morning pick-me-up.
At lunch, shes often leans plant-forward like watermelon salads, tabbouleh, gazpacho, ceviche, veggie kebabs, and lentil curries.
For dinnertime, she keeps it classic with roasts, pasta, and curries. The Wales household famously loves spice.
During a school visit, Kate revealed the kids enjoy making cheesy pasta, salads, pizza, and baking cakes, easy, hands-on dishes that get everyone in the kitchen.
