Prince Andrews brutal take on remarrying Sarah Ferguson exposed

Prince Andrew’s alleged blunt take on the idea of remarrying his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson has been laid bare in a new tell-all royal book.

The Duke and Duchess of York tied the knot in 1986, separated in 1992, and officially divorced in 1996, but despite the split, the pair have remained unusually close, even continuing to live together at the Royal Lodge in Windsor.

According to Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York by Andrew Lownie, set for release on August 14, Andrew reportedly told a friend that “given Sarah’s weaknesses, she wouldn’t make an appropriate royal any more.”

The book, recently serialised by the Daily Mail, claims the Duke “needs someone who can navigate his life for him,” and that since his public downfall over his association with Jeffrey Epstein, Fergie has been his “most loyal supporter.”

One friend described Andrew as “sweet, but rather clunky and gauche,” insisting he’s “nothing without a woman.”

Meanwhile, a former courtier said there’s no romantic relationship between the former couple, but rather “the deepest form of friendship”, a rare devotion for divorced exes who “would defend each other to the death.”
