Ozzy Osbourne’s son breaks silence after father’s passing

The Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne passed away on July 22 after a long battle with health struggles.

Less than three weeks after he performed at his farewell show with his bandmates, the singer passed away at the age of 76 surrounded by family in his family home in Buckinghamshire.

Ozzy received tributes from around the world as rock metal fans remembered the singer and honoured him. His funeral procession was attended by thousands in Buckingham on July 30 followed by a private ceremony where he was laid to rest.

The singer’s son Jack has now broken his silence after a week of his father being buried in their estate.

Jack, who was visibly in pain at the funeral procession, took to social media to share his grief.

He wrote, “I haven’t really wanted to post anything since the passing of my father.”

The late icon’s son went on to explain that he was too much hurt to say anything after his father’s passing.

“He was so many things to so many people, but I was so lucky and blessed to be apart of a very small group that got to call him ‘Dad’.”, he further wrote.

“My heart is full of so much sadness and sorrow, but also so much love and gratitude.”, he added.

Jack is the late singer’s youngest child who was born to him and his second wife, Sharon, in 1985.
