Kris Jenner shares sweet tribute to 'role model and hero'

Reality TV star Kris Jenner marked mother Mary Jo Campbell’s special day with a heartfelt message.

On Saturday, July 26, the 69-year-old momager took to her Instagram to share a collection of mother-daughter snapshots that were taken over the past few years, including several throwback pictures.

Along with the carousel, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wrote a heart melting note in honour of her mother's 90th birthday, which read, “Thank you my beautiful mommy, for teaching me to be a strong, independent woman.”

“Thankful for everything, expecting nothing.....and at the same time to be kind to everyone and generous beyond measure,” added Jenner.

She concluded the caption, noting, “God has blessed us with 90 years of beautiful you....Thank you for all you do for all of us and for every single fabulous moment and memory that I cherish.” Right after a few seconds, fans flooded the post's comments section with sweet wishes.

One fan gushingly wrote, “Happy Birthday MJ! May God always bless her (red heart emoji)”.

“OMG SHE IS A SUPER WOMAN (series of red heart emoji) REALLY,” another admirer chimed in.

A third fan penned, “The queen of queens! Happy birthday MJ (heart eyes emoji).”

Furthermore, in the celebratory post Jenner referred her mom MJ as her “role model and hero.”

Interestingly, the American businesswoman was born to mother MJ and late father Robert True Houghton on November 5, 1955.
