Zayn Malik, who was previously part of popular boy band One Direction, seemingly teased the lyrics of his new song ‘Fuchsia Sea’ in new social media updates.
Although the 32-year-old singer has always been open about managing his mental health troubles, Zayn presumably decided to open up about his struggles in upcoming track.
The Dusk Till Dawn hitmaker posted “lyrics/poem on his story” which sparked fans curiosity as they tried to decode the long notes.
The singer wrote: “Rise and fall. I fight intimidation lack across a nation.” He noted that “While they concentrate on their elevation. I've got a round trip across constellation.”
Zayn, who left the boy band on March 25, 2015, also pointed towards his exit from One Direction: “I worked hard in a white band, and they still laughed at the Asian.”
The English popstar questioned at the end of his second story: “Have you ever heard of another me?”
While the Pillowtalk crooner expressed himself for his followers, he carefully hid his feelings behind the verses of the upcoming track.
However, his admirers quickly took notice of the updates and tried to use Artificial Intelligence to decipher the lines.
They appreciated him on X (formerly Twitter) by writing: “I gotta say, Zayn is a lyrical genius and he got my respect for everything that he has went through. I love him SFM.”
Another nodded at the post: “I’m so happy he’s finally opening up about his life struggles in the most poetic way!!!”
A third netizen speculated that the fans’ theory about his “trauma” and “hardships” must have “been way more than what was seen on the inside.”
This came after the Grammy nominee posted a teaser of his upcoming song “Fuchsia Sea” on his Instagram. However, the date of release is yet to be announced by the musician.
