American rapper Kendrick Lamar disappoints fans after disclosing his upcoming plans
Kendrick Lamar, who is entangled in ongoing public feud with Drake, was not appreciated after he made a bombshell announcement for his fans.
The 37-year-old singer took the world by storm after performing Not Like Us at the Super Bowl LIX along with other stars, including Drake’s ex Serena Williams.
Following this, Kendrick announced he is about to headline his Grand National Tour in Australia, however, the news was met with unexpected backlash.
Furious fans flooded the comment section of his recent Instagram post with criticism for this move.
One user pointed out: “So Grand. So national. A tale of 2 cities.”
Another admirer was unhappy with the concerts being on the same day as R&B singer Usher, writing: “Same day as usher too, this is not national tour with only two cities??”
A third one poked fun at Kendrick's ongoing rift with the Canadian rapper: “Shout Out to Drake for making him Relevant.”
Although most of the remarks were pessimistic, few expressed their excitement for the upcoming shows. One admirer gushed: “It’s happening!!! Everyone stay clam!!!”

This came after the Money Trees hitmaker was able to win five out of six BET Awards this year, including Album of the Year for GNX and Video of the Year for Not Like Us.
