The tensions between David and Victoria Beckham and their eldest son Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz seem to be at an all-time high, and new details that give context into the rift have just emerged.

Victoria, 51, allegedly left the Lola actress in tears during her wedding with the fashion designer’s son, Brooklyn, by overshadowing Nicola during the pair’s special moment.

The Palm Beach wedding’s peculiar series of events began when a guest at the party made an unexpected move, "Marc Anthony, who is a friend of the Beckhams, offered to perform as a gift at the wedding,” a source dished to People of the events of the night.

“Before the song began, Marc Anthony asked Brooklyn to come to the stage, and then announced, 'The most beautiful woman in the room tonight, come on up...Victoria Beckham!’’ they continued.

The insider also alleged that the moment was incredibly unexpected and left everyone in the room too stunned to speak.

They went on to state that after this incident, an even odder one took place, which was Victoria slow dancing with the Cloud23 owner.

"It wasn't appropriate,” the source added, before noting everyone saw “Nicola run from the room crying."

The rumoured rift between Brooklyn and the rest of the Beckhams only continues to gain traction as the 26-year-old has missed out on all family gatherings in the past months.
