Prince William reportedly "just can’t stand" Prince Harry anymore, according to a royal expert, as tensions between the brothers appear deeper than ever.

This month, the divide may have worsened even further after Prince Harry sat down for a bombshell interview with the BBC following his court defeat over security arrangements in the UK.

During the interview, Harry claimed that his father, King Charles, "won’t speak" to him, reigniting public interest in the family's strained dynamic.

Speaking on The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show, royal photographer Arthur Edwards said: "William and Harry were so close all their life, everything they did together.

They went and they did everything together. They were so close. And now something must have happened, seriously happened, that William just can't stand him anymore. And that's just so sad."

Despite the bleak outlook, Edwards believes there could still be hope for a reconciliation. "I do believe in the prodigal son. You can say, 'I'm sorry' and repent and promise not to do it again. And I'm sure the King and William will say, ‘OK, let's give it another try.’"

What did Prince Harry say in his explosive BBC interview?

These comments follow Prince Harry’s emotional interview with the BBC, in which he lamented being estranged from his father and claimed King Charles “won’t speak” to him due to the ongoing security row.

In his interview, Harry admitted: “Of course, some members of my family will never forgive me for writing a book… but I would love reconciliation.”

Yet with Harry continuing to publicly air grievances and Buckingham Palace issuing a firm reminder that the courts have “repeatedly and meticulously” ruled on the matter of security, it seems a royal reunion is not on the horizon.
