Tom Cruise attends David Beckham’s 50th birthday solo in London

Tom Cruise quietly showed up at his good friend David Beckham's 50th birthday party on Saturday night, which was hosted at the fancy restaurant Core in the heart of London.

The 62-year-old actor was rumoured to bring his 37-year-old girlfriend, Ana de Armas, to the star-studded event but she failed to show up.

Rather, Tom showed up alone, sitting in the back of a black taxi as it pulled up to the private location.

The Top Gun star was spotted entering the upscale restaurant by himself, though it is unknown if Ana attended the glamorous party.

Ahead of his rumoured girlfriend's own birthday on April 30, she had flown into London with the star earlier this week.

The producer looked sharp in a white tuxedo jacket, black pants and a traditional black bow tie for the Beckham party.

As staff tried to cover the event's entrance with big black umbrellas, the Hollywood icon spoke briefly with security before being led inside.

In the early 2000s, the Mission: Impossible star, became good friends with David and Victoria, a power couple.
