Ben Affleck has been part of the entertainment industry for nearly four decades but running routes for Tom Brady was the “greatest day” of his life.
The 52-year-old actor appeared on a podcast of Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce, who is dating Taylor Swift, to explain what it was like to play with the NFL star as he met Tom during his vacation.
When Jason asked Ben to name the routes he was running, he admitted he “don’t know if they have a name.”
However, The Accountant 2 star confirmed this was one of “the greatest day[s]” of his life besides becoming a father of his three children whom he shares with Jennifer Garner.
He revealed feeling like a “10-year-old kid,” when the Super Bowl champion told him to think of the situation as a fourth quarter of a football game with only 23 seconds remaining.
Although the Town actor caught the ball in “self-defense,” but he confessed that “it was like the nicest thing anyone’s ever done for me.”
The brothers cheered for the two-time Academy winner when he gushed about the experience being too real that he felt like winning an actual championship.
The Golden-Globe winner has been suffering from alcohol misuse for a long time. In 2001, the actor visited rehabilitation centre for the first time. He continued to get treatment for his addiction on several occasions.
