British singer Harry Styles took a break from music after his last album Harry’s House won multiple Grammys, an achievement he did not even attain while he was in One Direction.
Along with music, the pop star has ventured into different fields and tried his luck, including acting in successful films and running a marathon.
While Styles’ fans anticipate the release of his fourth studio album, the singer is looking to expand his horizons by tiptoeing into real estate.
The music icon has an estimated net worth of $150 million and owns multiple properties across US and UK.
In the most recent update to his property portfolio, Styles has been given a green signal to restore a mansion in Hampstead, North London.
Styles purchased the two-part property’s larger chunk in April 2019 for $11.2 million and later bought the remaining half for $5.3 million.
However, the singer has to abide by some rules in order to restore the property, according to The Sun.
The British musician has to install bat boxes, insect hotels, hedgehog gateways and log piles while also cater for House Martins, Robins, Starlings, Wrens, House Sparrows, amphibians and small mammals.
