Selena Gomez ready to be a mother?

Selena Gomez has made a telling remark about what she thinks of motherhood, weeks after her wedding to Benny Blanco.

The Only Murders in the Building actress was celebrating her character Alex Russo from Wizards Beyond Waverly Place when she shared some thoughts of her own.

In her Instagram story, the Rare Beauty founder shared a snippet from the show’s finale, in which it is revealed that (spoiler alert) the Who Says singer’s persona is a mother to Billie Russo.

Selena wrote in the caption, “Alex Russo is a mommy,” with a teary eyed emoji, adding, “hopefully one day that’ll be me.”

The child actress was only echoing the sentiments she made earlier this year in March during an episode of the Jay Shetty Podcast with her now-husband Benny.

"I don’t know what will happen, obviously, but I love children, I love making [children] laugh; they're just so sweet. So absolutely, when that day comes, I’m so excited for it,” the Calm Down singer said at the time.

Notably, the music producer had also talked about how much Selena loves children and the pair had also expressed the desire to start a family together.

Is Selena married now?

Yes, Selena is now married to Benny, and the wedding ceremony took place on 27th September.
