Kim Kardashian has taken a major decision regarding the time she was robbed at gunpoint at Paris Fashion Week nine years ago.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum is set to testify at the trial, as per reports.
The case, in which four men were arrested for stealing the 44-year-old’s possessions, around $10 million worth of jewelry, will begin court proceedings in May in France, according to TMZ.
The burglary included a $4 million diamond ring given to her by her ex-husband Kanye West, which was taken from Kim after she was bound, gagged and locked in the bathroom of her own penthouse suit at the No Address Hotel.
The Kardashians star had spoken up about the traumatic incident to her sisters on season 13 of their previous reality show.
Kim emotionally recalled that she had to decide in a heartbeat how to react after spotting the weapon.
"Am I going to run down the stairs and either be shot in the back? It makes me so upset to think about it. Either they're going to shoot me in the back, or if I make it and they don't, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like I'm f-----. There's no way out,” told the SKIMS founder, who had passed the Baby Bar exam as part of her ongoing law school journey in 2021.
For the unversed, the burglary was orchestrated by 12 middle-aged men, who earned the nickname of the Grandpa Robbers by the French media, all of whom will be present at the trial in April, before Kim’s testimony.
