Royal family issues key update as King Charles, Queen Camilla wrap up tour

King Charles and Queen Camilla expressed gratitude for the warm welcome they received during their tour of Northern Ireland. 

In a delightful message released on the official Instagram page of the royal family, the monarch's spokesperson shared that the royal couple visited Banbridge town on the final day of their trip. 

A video featuring the King and Queen interacting with locals and children received heartfelt reactions from fans. 

The statement alongside the video reads, "An incredible turnout in Banbridge!"

"On their final day in Northern Ireland, The King and Queen met local residents and business owners in the town."

"Whilst His Majesty met members of the community in the Town Hall, The Queen heard more about the initiatives being run at the library. Thank you for the very warm welcome!"
