Prince Harry has found himself in deep waters as his US visa case details went public after judge's order.

Greg Swenson, Chairman of Republicans Overseas UK, has advised the Duke of Sussex to voluntarily leave the US to avoid the ignominy of court proceedings.

In conversation with MailOnline, Swenson said: "If Harry is here illegally it would be hypocritical for him to get special treatment given the mass deportations occurring now."

The expert went on suggesting the King Charles III's younger son that "smartest thing for Harry would be to leave the US, avoid the proceedings and leave voluntarily."

However, he predicted that the US president Trump won't intervene in the case, saying: "It probably won’t rank high enough as an issue. I don’t think he will intervene."

Judge Nichols gave Tuesday (March 18) as the deadline to release the files and also approved redactions suggested by the Department of Homeland Security and said they were "appropriate."

While it is not clear what material will be released, it could include forms which indicate whether Harry said ‘no’ when asked if he was a drug user.

The documents, are set to be released, could also reveal what type of visa Meghan Markle's husband was granted, as some experts wonder if he was handed an extremely rare A-1 Head of State visa.

However, some other royal commentator, who have vast knowledge about the Sussex's strategy and plans, claim that Harry would prefer Canada over the UK if he needs to relocate as deportation still looms large.
