FX’s ‘Alien: Earth’ adds new cast members
‘Game of Thrones’ star Enzo Cilenti is one of the new cast members joining the series
FX’s Alien: Earth has added new members to its ensemble cast.
The upcoming sci-fi horror series has cast British actor Enzo Cilenti, known for playing Yezzan zo Qaggaz in the fifth season of Game of Thrones. The show has also secured Fargo actress Richa Moorjani.
In addition to Moorjani and Cilenti, nine more actors have joined the series in guest roles.
The new additions include Enzo Cilenti (Game of Thrones), Richa Moorjani (Fargo, Never Have I Ever), Karen Aldridge (Severance, Fargo), Max Rinehart (Unforgotten), Amir Boutrous (The Crown), Victoria Masoma, Tom Moya, Andy Yu (Fargo), Michael Smiley (Bad Sisters), Jamie Bisping (The Rings of Power), and Tanapol Chuksrida.
These actors will join a diverse cast led by Sydney Chandler, Alex Lawther, and Timothy Olyphant.
Alien: Earth showrunner Noah Hawley revealed last year that production has been completed and the show is now in post-production.
Hawley also expressed his aim to give Alien franchise fans something special. “If people wanted a television series based on the world of Alien, I think I’m gonna give them something special,” he said.
Alien: Earth set to premiere on Hulu later this year. FX also released a teaser for the series last November with the tagline: “In 2120, Mother Earth is expecting.”
