Blake Lively, an American actress, has filed an amended complaint against her former co-star Justin Baldoni amid their ongoing legal battle.

She initially filed the lawsuit against him for sexual harassment on the set of It Ends With Us, defamation and for causing distress to her and her family. He then filed a $400 million countersuit against the actress, her husband Ryan Reynolds as well as their publicist for defamation.

Now, she is claiming that Baldoni also made two other actresses on the set of the film uncomfortable and that they are willing to speak about their experiences. The two women in question were not named.

Both Baldoni and the studio behind the film, Wayfarer, have denied any claims of misconduct during the process of making the movie.

Lively claims that she filed a complaint against him and the lead producer to a Sony Pictures Entertainment representative in 2023. A few days later, the same thing was done by another actress.

“Notwithstanding that female cast member’s considerable reservations with coming forward, she nonetheless spoke up and conveyed her feelings that the work on the film was suffering as a result of Mr. Baldoni’s behavior,” read the complaint.

Despite his reassurance to work on things, the actress allegedly told Lively that she was concerned about the situation and “found it difficult to talk to Mr. Baldoni.”

Another actress also confided in the Gossip Girl actress, says the complaint, and it was documented almost a year before the editing process for the movie began.

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, responded to the amended report, saying, “Her underwhelming amended complaint is filled with unsubstantial hearsay of unnamed persons who are clearly no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims.”

“Since documents do not lie and people do, the upcoming depositions of those who initially supported Ms. Lively’s false claims and those who are witnesses to her own behavior will be enlightening,” he added, “What is truly uncomfortable here is Ms. Lively’s lack of actual evidence.”
