Kanye West, upon returning back to X –formerly known as Twitter, praised Drake for his new music album.
The 47-year-old singer’s account vanished from the tweeting hub after posting many controversial views, including misogynist, homophobic and racist opinions.
Ye –popularly known as Kanye West, marked his return to X, but this time it’s not his regular controversial rant. He instead used his platform to appreciate fellow Canadian rapper for his music Gimme a hug.
He first reposted a tweet that declared 38-year-old musician’s tracks to be a chart-topper, followed by an update calling Drake’s melody “incredible.”
Kanye’s message was unexpectedly welcomed by the digital community. One user commented: “Ye is speaking for everyone.”
Another fellow chimed in by agreeing that “drakes songs are still better than Kedrick, all Kendricks hit songs are diss coz he’s good at trolling but nothing more.”
A third stated: “It’s a song that you instantly rock with. The gospel track in the beginning, to the beat in the middle and ending with Aron Hall’s romantic ballad is crazy smart.”
According to sources, hip-hop singer’s album is not a response to Not like Us singer’s 2025 Super Bowl diss performance, despite fans linking it to the Kendrick dispute.
For the unversed, Kanye West disappeared from the face of microblogging app for three days, after returning on February 13. Kanye’s account was allegedly closed due to his problematic social updates and rants.
