Harry Styles grants wild card invite to tennis star Elina Svitolina

Tennis star Elina Svitolina's dreams of watching her favourite performer, Harry Styles, in Vienna, were thwarted due to her impressive run at Wimbledon. 

However, Harry himself came to the rescue, gifting her tickets to his upcoming shows.

After securing a decisive victory over Sofia Kenin at Wimbledon, Svitolina revealed her disappointment at missing out on Styles' concert. 

Taking to social media, she expressed her disappointment to her followers, explaining that her Wimbledon commitments had forced her to change her plans.

Offering the tickets to fellow fans, she wrote, "Hey guys, I was supposed to go see my fav @harrystyles concert in Vienna tomorrow...but Wimbledon changed my plans. Someone want to go? I have two tickets."

Ultimately, the tickets found their way into the hands of Anna Tilniak, a Ukrainian supporter, and her son David.

The pair joyously attended the concert, capturing the magical moments on Svitolina's Instagram account. 

The official Wimbledon Instagram account shared the bittersweet news, captioning it with a poignant, "You win some, you lose some."

The post caught the attention of none other than Harry Styles himself. 

Without hesitation, the British heartthrob responded, "Congratulations! We have four shows to go, you're welcome at any of them. 

Good luck with the rest of the tournament. H." Svitolina, thrilled by the unexpected gesture, eagerly awaits the opportunity to catch one of the remaining shows on Harry's tour.

Svitolina's remarkable journey continues as she makes her comeback following the birth of her daughter, Skaï, with fellow professional player Gael Monfils in October 2022.
