Mike Batayeh, known for his role as Dennis Markowski, the manager at Gustavo's laundromat in the acclaimed series Breaking Bad, has passed away at the age of 52.

The actor reportedly suffered a heart attack while peacefully sleeping.

Batayeh's unexpected demise occurred on June 1 at his residence in Michigan, according to statements from his family provided to TMZ. 

His sister Diane expressed that the actor had no prior history of heart-related ailments, making his sudden passing all the more devastating.

The talented performer, during his tenure on Breaking Bad from 2011 to 2012, left an indelible mark on audiences with his portrayal of Dennis Markowski. 

His character's role as the manager of Gustavo's laundromat added depth to the gripping narrative of the hit series.

In a heartfelt statement released by his family, it has been expressed that Mike Batayeh's untimely demise has left a void in the lives of those who cherished him.

Describing his remarkable talent for eliciting laughter and spreading joy, his loved ones mourn the loss of a truly special individual. 

Batayeh leaves behind a legacy of bringing smiles to countless faces.

His television credits included notable appearances on beloved shows such as Everybody Loves Raymond, The Shield, and Sleeper Cell. 

His last recorded on-screen appearance dates back to 2018 in the TV movie Prank of America, where he portrayed the character Nacho.

Beyond his on-screen achievements, he found success as a comedian, captivating audiences with his comedic timing and wit. 

Additionally, his voiceover work, including lending his voice to the 2014 film X-Men: Days of Future Past, showcased his versatility in the industry.
