Jessica Biel, Lance Bass, Beverley Mitchell have heavenly reunion

An angelic reunion! On the red carpet on Wednesday, Beverley Mitchell and Jessica Biel got together for a joyful 7th Heaven reunion.

Both actors—who portrayed sisters on the well-liked family drama series—walked the red carpet at the Cruel Summer season 2 premiere at the Grace E. Simons Lodge in Los Angeles and discussed their friendship with ET's Cassie DiLaura.

"It's literally like a high school reunion for all of us," Mitchell marveled. "I mean, it's amazing."

The reunion was made even more special by the presence of former NSYNC member Lance Bass, who also made his TV acting debut on an episode of 7th Heaven.

"I can't wait to see Lance tonight," Biel told ET. "It's a lot. There's a lot of friends from the '90s who are here tonight."

"It's the thing in the zeitgeist right now. People are loving the show again, and it's amazing," Bass told ET as he took a stroll on the carpet with his husband Michael Turchin.

Bass reflected on his thoughts of his brief but significant time on the show and said, "It was my first acting job ever, so I didn't know what the hell I was doing. But they were so great to me, and they held my hand I remember thinking how great all the other actors were... It was one of the best lessons of my life."

When it came to Biel, who is an executive producer on Cruel Summer, Mitchell was giddy with anticipation.

"Jessie and I see each other often, cause obviously, like, she's my bestie, she's my ride or die. But it's always fun to be able to come out and support her and cheer her on," she shared. "I'm so proud of everything that she's done and this is so amazing."
