Kieron Richardson hints possible Ste Hay and Brendan Brady reunion

Hollyoaks fans were sent into a frenzy after Kieron Richardson, who plays Ste Hay on the popular soap, hinted at the possibility of a reunion between his character and former flame Brendan Brady.

 The excitement was sparked by the unexpected appearance of village bad boy Emmett J Scanlan on set during the filming of Ste and James Nightingale's wedding. 

Scanlan, who played Brady on the show, was spotted by a make-up artist and headed to the set to greet his former co-star. 

Richardson's comments have only added fuel to the fire of speculation surrounding a possible revival of the fan-favorite 'Stendan' couple.

The image, taken during the filming of Ste's wedding to lawyer James Nightingale, rekindled hopes of a Stendan reunion, 10 years after their relationship was torn apart by Brendan's imprisonment.

 As anticipation builds for the upcoming wedding, Richardson has addressed the possibility of a future for the fan-favourite couple.

Kieron, the actor behind Hollyoaks' Ste Hay, recently spoke to Metro.co.uk about the possibility of a Stendan reunion, following the return of Emmett J Scanlan to the set. 

While he expressed his delight at seeing his former co-star, Richardson was coy about the chances of a revival of the beloved couple, saying that he didn't think it would happen anytime soon, but also not ruling it out completely. 

The groom will sport a rainbow tracksuit, adding a touch of camp to the proceedings. 

However, the wedding will not be without its obstacles, as one of the soon-to-be newlyweds grapples with doubts leading up to the big day.

 Meanwhile, Juliet's nerves threaten to derail the celebration altogether.

 The actor, who plays Ste, has teased that the wedding will be a mix of emotions, describing it as both "meaningful and sad". 

He also hinted that a shocking incident will occur towards the end, leaving fans on the edge of their seats.
