Jamie Foxx has 'major meltdown' on set of Cameron Diaz-starrer Back In Action

Jamie Foxx couldn’t keep his cool on the set of his upcoming comedy with Cameron Diaz.

According to reports, the 55-year-old actor had a “meltdown” on the set of Back In Action, which resulted in him axing four crew members on the spot.

“There have been some issues on set and Jamie has had a major meltdown over it all,” a source told the Sun, claiming that the Oscar winner has sacked an executive producer, two directors, and his own driver.

“He demanded the problems be sorted immediately and sacked four of the production staff — as if that would magically improve the situation,” the insider continued.

“The people working on it are totally fed up with how this has played out and Jamie has become pretty unpopular,” they added.

Cameron Diaz is set to make her comeback after nine years of retirement alongside Foxx for Back In Action.

The comedy will mark the pair’s third time working together; they starred together in the 1999's Any Given Sunday and 2014’s Annie – which was also the last time Diaz appeared on the screen.

The Brendan O’Brien-written film is being directed by Horrible Bosses' Seth Gordon.
