Liam Hemsworth’s Geralt of Rivia is on an intense search for Ciri (Freya Allan) in a new Netflix trailer for The Witcher Season 4.
The action-packed trailer hints at a war-torn Continent and enemies lurking at every turn as Geralt sets out on his most dangerous mission yet.
According to the official synopsis, the new season picks up after the “Continent-altering events” of Season 3, following Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri as they navigate the chaos separately. The trio must lead unlikely allies through a “baptism of fire” if they hope to reunite and survive. In the trailer, Geralt is seen leading a ragtag team of misfits, one of whom nervously remarks, “You did not mention anything about an ominous graveyard of death,” prompting Geralt’s sharp retort: “Let’s f***ing move!”
Season 4 also introduces Laurence Fishburne as Regis, a fan-favorite character from Andrzej Sapkowski’s Baptism of Fire, described as a world-wise barber-surgeon with a mysterious past.
Hemsworth and Fishburne join returning stars Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, and Joey Batey, with executive producers including Lauren Schmidt, Steve Gaub, and Tomek Baginski.
The Witcher Season 4 premieres October 30 on Netflix.
