Timothee Chalamet has posted an intense promotional video, which confirms all the rumors swirling around about his hair.
The Beautiful Boy star is known for going all out for his roles, and this time is no different as he verifies that he did indeed shave off his head to play the iconic, titular character in Marty Supreme.
In a loaded and confrontational video posted to his official Instagram, the Screen Actors Guild award winner announces that the movie is coming out this Christmas after battling ping pong balls while an obscene song plays in the background.
The clip begins with a bunch of men wearing giant bowling balls on their head in a field and as the urgent, pulsating music amps up the intrigue, a man is seen sitting in a glass box with regular sized ping pong balls flying around.
After he escapes, he takes off his headgear and viewers spot a solemn Chalamet without his signature curls.
The video is riddled with ping pong balls as the movie follows Marty Mauser, a man who aspires to be a champion table tennis player even though those around him downplay his drive and ambition.
Notably, although Chalamet made many efforts to keep his buzz under wraps by covering it up, eagle-eyed fans had already begun grieving his hair after spotting little glimpses of it.
The Josh Safdie directed film, Marty Supreme is loosely based on American table tennis player Marty Reisman.
