Rihanna 'great friends' with Kanye West despite controversies: 'Still supports' him

Rihanna is reportedly turning a deaf ear to Kanye West’s latest slew of controversies.

According to a source, the 34-year-old singer and her boyfriend A$AP Rocky are “still great friends” with the Donda rapper regardless of his anti-semitic sentiments.

The update comes after Riri seemed to have paid a not-so-subtle tribute to her former collaborator during her performance at the halftime show at this year’s Super Bowl.

The Umbrella singer donned a dazzling red ensemble, inspired by the Yeezy mogul’s attire at Donda listening party in 2021.

She also performed their hit single All of the Lights from West’s 2010 album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Although the pop star received a handful of backlash for her nod, the insider claimed to The Sun that she “doesn't care if people are offended.”

They continued: "She still supports him, even if she doesn't always agree with what he has to say, or his political views."

Rihanna put on a stellar performance at the Super Bowl halftime show this weekend, as well as revealed her second pregnancy with Rocky.
