Sydney Sweeney, Glen Powell To Star In Will Gluck’s Sony Rom-Com

Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell are coming under Will Gluck’s direction for Sony’s Rom-com.

EXCLUSIVE: Will Gluck is returning to his rom-com origins, and it appears that he has cast two of the most in-demand actors in town for his upcoming film.

According to sources, Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell will star in an untitled R-rated romantic comedy that director Gluck will be directing.

The movie is based on an Ilana Wolpert script, which Gluck is rewriting. Joe Roth, Jeff Kirschenbaum, and Gluck are producing, and Sweeney is executive producing for Fifty-Fifty Films.

Gluck also has a first-look agreement with Sony through his Olive Bridge Entertainment. For RK Films, Natalie Sellers and Alyssa Altman are the executive producers.

After figuring out Sweeney's schedule with her Euphoria dates, Sony was able to secure the desired package at the conclusion of the previous year. At the end of the following month, shooting is anticipated to begin.
