Ashley Benson dishes on battling anxiety-induced rash

Pretty Liars star Ashley Benson has recently opened up about her mental health struggles in a new TikTok video.

The actress disclosed that she sometimes suffers from an anxiety-induced rash.

“My anxiety takes over my whole body,” she captioned the eight-seconds long clip.

In a short video, the 32-year-old could be seen wearing a white towel while red hives were visible on her body, she recorded herself.

Ashley, who earlier dated rapper G-Eazy, showed a peace sign with a red-manicured hand at the end of the clip.

Following her post, several fans and followers thanked her as one wrote, “Thanks for sharing this. It's relatable.”

“Literally same,” other added.

Another one chimed in and said, Same dude! I thought I was allergic to coffee but it was just anxiety.”

Meanwhile, the actress did not disclose the reason behind her anxiety.
