Robin Wright files for divorce from husband Clement Giraudet
Robin Wright and Clement Giraudet only dated a year before they tied the knot in 2018
Actress Robin Wright has filed for divorce from her husband Clement Giraudet after four years of marriage.
According to reports, the House of Cards alum filed the legal notice on Thursday, September 22, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for divorce.
As per the court documents, Wright has specified July 31st as the separation date.
According to the post-nuptial agreement between the parties, Robin states in the documents that all assets are each party’s separate property.
The separated pair share no children together.
This will mark Robin’s third divorce. She previously married late actor Dane Witherspoon in 1986 and the duo divorced only after two years.
Her second marriage was with Sean Penn in 1996 and they stayed together before calling it quits in 2010. They share two children: son Hopper Jack and daughter Dylan Frances.
