Melanie Martin, Aaron Carter welcome parenthood with birth of their little prince

Melanie Martin gave birth to an adorable baby boy named Prince Lyric Carter, from fiance Aaron Carter on Monday as the singer announced the happy news on social media.

Martin had an emergency C-section after 13 hours of severe labour pain.

The artist took to his official Instagram handle and posted a picture cutting his baby’s umbilical cord and penned it with a note of gratitude saying, "Emergency C Section after 13 hours of labor but my fiancé is in great health thank you lord and the incredibly sweet loving staff here. Prince is precious. I love you son. Your mommy loves you as I drop tears on the phone. This is me cutting his umbilical cord my precious family #TheCarters @missmelaniemartin I'm so proud of you hunny you did it I Love you with all my heart my beautiful blessings from god.”

The good news came a year after Martin had her 1st miscarriage.

Melanie and Aaron began dating in January 2020.
