Kourtney Kardashian arranges elaborate tooth fairy visit for son Reign

Kourtney Kardashian's son, Reign Disick, had a very exciting visit from the tooth fairy.  

Taking to her Instagram, the Kardashian sister shared a glimpse of photos as her six-year-old son, which she shares with ex Scott Disick, broke his first tooth.

"The tooth fairy came and left some fairy dust," she captioned the clip, which showed Reign sleeping soundly.

In another photo, the 42-year-old gave a sneak peek at the tooth fairy's fairy garden. 

"Her little fairy garden with fairy door and fairy mailbox," Kourtney wrote.

Later, she shared content from the special letter Reign's tooth fairy left for him.

"Reign, I'm too tiny to bring a toy. Use this $ to pick one you love. Happy flying," read the pair of notes, signed "Tooth Fairy."
