Cardi B makes shocking dating vow after Offset split

Cardi B has admitted she's ready to take a very different approach to love.

The 33-year-old singer revealed that she plans to keep her future relationships far more private after a turbulent few years in the spotlight.

The Bodak Yellow hitmaker has endured a highly publicised split from rapper Offset, followed by a short-lived romance with American football star Stefon Diggs.

Now, the Grammy-winning star says she's in no rush to dive back into dating and is enjoying life on her own terms.

Speaking during a candid Spaces chat on X, Cardi explained that she spent her entire tour single and wasn't interested in entertaining anyone romantically.

Instead, she's been making the most of her freedom by spending time with friends, travelling and letting her hair down.

Although she's embracing the single life for now, the WAP singer made it clear she doesn't intend to stay that way forever.

However, she admitted she may need to make wiser choices when it comes to the men she dates.

The rapper confessed she still wants love in her life but believes keeping future relationships away from the public eye could save her from unnecessary drama and scrutiny.

Cardi's comments come after years of intense media attention surrounding her personal life.

She shares three children, Kulture, eight, Wave, four, and 22-month-old Blossom, with her ex-husband Offset.

Despite enjoying enormous success and financial security, she has previously admitted that fame has come at a cost.

Reflecting on life before becoming one of the world's biggest rap stars, she revealed she sometimes misses the days when fewer people had opinions about her every move.
