Jennifer Lopez recently revealed one movie that always made her emotional.
The Grammy nominee shared about the movie while speaking to Office Romance co-star Brett Goldstein on Films to be Buried With podcast on June 10.
“What's the film that made you cry the most? Are you a cryer?” questioned the Ted Lasso star,
JLo responded, “The Notebook.”
“No further questions,” jokingly said Brett.
The Marry Me star added, “That's it… Everybody knows why. I don't need to explain it.”
For the unversed, Notebook is an adaptation from Nicholas Sparks’ 1996 novel of the same name, directed by Nick Cassavetes, starring Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams.
Whole talking about the movie, JLo mentioned, “I could cry right now thinking about it,” when she talked about the parts of the romantic movie that make her the most emotional.
Recalling the scene in the movie, the Maid in Manhattan actress pointed out, “When the older version of Ryan’s character is confronted by his kids over the older version of Rachel’s character having dementia and not understanding the journals he’s reading to her, “‘He goes, ‘That's my girl in there.’”
“I just sobbed when he got into bed with her,” she added, referring to the story’s ending.
Meanwhile, JLo declared, “I feel like it's what everybody in their mind really wants, is to have that type of connection with a person and to love someone that deeply that you just can't imagine your life without them.”
