Tom Holland has slipped in to the character of Telemachus for The Odyssey as he ventures out to bring his father Odysseus back.
A trailer was released, offering a rare glimpse at Tom’s character who is trapped in the sea years after the infamous Trojan War.
The video begins with a huge wave carrying the actor. Anne Hathaway’s Penelope is seen crying rivers while embracing Odysseus, played by Matt Damon.
This is followed by teasers of mythological action, earning major praise by the viewers. Tom’s character appears to be highly observant as he looks at the situation around him.
The A-list star turned to his social media and shared the trailer with a caption: “I honestly couldn’t be more excited for this film. It’s gonna blow your mind in every way.”
Meanwhile, fans look forward to his upcoming instalment to Spider-Man series Brand New Day which will be releasing in July 31, 2026.
One of the netizens penned down: “In fact, I can’t wait for all of your films. All of them are amazing.” On the other hand, rumours indicate that the star is skipping cameo in Doomsday because of the new movie.
He will be sharing the screen with his fiancé Zendaya in two movies which include Spider-Man: Brand New Day and The Odyssey, which is coming out on July 17, 2026.
