Victoria Beckham recently revealed one outfit she won’t let her teenager daughter wear at 14.
The Spice Girls singer-turned-fashion designer shared that Harper is desperate to “get her hands on the iconic costumes” from her mother's early days
However, Victoria said it clearly that her daughter won’t be wearing her black PVC catsuit from the band's Say You'll Be There video.
Speaking at the Time100 Summit in New York City last week, Victoria was asked if Harper will be wearing any Spice Girls costumes.
“She loves fashion, she loves beauty, and I'm pretty sure she would love to get her hands on those Spice Girls costumes,” explained the fashion designer.
Victoria told the audience, “Well not the PVC catsuit just yet. She's 14, ok, so we're going to wait for that.”
Speaking of Harper, the former Spice Girls member added, “She's been sitting on my lap through product development meetings since she was a baby. She is as obsessed with product as I am.”
Elsewhere at the event, Victoria explained how she dealt with negative stories surrounding her Beckham family.
“This has been happening since I was 20 so it's been going on a long time,” she mentioned.
Victoria noted, “I have an incredible husband who supports me enormously we're always there for each other and I learned a long time ago not to listen to the noise.”
“Someone else will deal with it. I don't want to know. That's how I handle it I suppose,” she stated.
