Kaitlin Olson reveals terrifying ‘Coyote Ugly’ audition story

Kaitlin Olson opened up about her brief role in Coyote Ugly and how it all began.

During her latest media interaction, the actress, who appeared as a bidding customer, admitted that landing the role became a turning point for her career, even though it was a short scene.

Speaking to People magazine, she shared, “That was, I think, the first audition that I got that I booked the part.' I didn't even have a name.”

She continued,“It was absolutely terrifying because I had never done anything before.”

For the unversed, the scene itself featured major names including Adam Garcia, Piper Perabo, and Maria Bello, with Garcia’s character Kevin at the center of a lively bidding moment.

Moreover, she added, “It was terrifying. It was so scary. It was all these big actors who knew what they were doing, and then just me being a loud, screaming buffoon, but it worked out.”

However, she added her own touch during the scene, even improvising the line, “That's it! You want to come home with Mama?”

In addition, she recalled how loud and chaotic the scene was, with everyone talking over each other, but added that she enjoyed it.
