Brenda Song has given fans a funny glimpse into her home life with Macaulay Culkin.
The 38-year-old revealed that even the smallest things can spark playful rows between the couple.
Speaking on Cosmo Goes Deep on April 22, she sat down with Running Point co-star Kate Hudson for a candid chat, where she was asked about the pettiest thing she argues about with her 45-year-old partner.
She laughed that it often comes down to competitive sessions of Mario Kart played in bed, where things can get surprisingly intense.
“One thing that we can argue about is we do play Mario Kart sometimes, like in bed.
And then we get very, very competitive and we will like get like mildly mad at each other, for like cutting me off or like winning, beating me last minute. That’s probably the pettiest thing,” she said.
Song has previously been open about her relationship with Culkin, who she began dating in 2017 after meeting at a mutual friend Seth Green’s home, and the pair got engaged in 2022.
She has often said their connection came when neither of them was actively looking for love, making it feel all the more unexpected.
In earlier interviews, she has called the Home Alone star her “unicorn”, saying she never planned to settle until she found someone who matched what she truly wanted in life.
Culkin has also spoken warmly about their bond, saying in a joint interview in 2025 that he had never felt the same way before and believed in her “down to his bone marrow”.
