Owen Wilson, who starred in Marvel’s hit series, Loki, recalled the time when he almost ruined the chance of working with the franchise.
The star played the role of Mobius and was asked to keep it a secret since the fans are always looking out for spoilers.
In an interview with ComicBook.com, he revealed that he has to keep his lips tight as he has already faced an incident regarding the topic.
He revealed that before the release of Tom Hiddleston's standalone series, he was asked for a spoiler as he disclosed that his character has a mustache.
The 57-year-old admitted that his action almost cost him his role as he was about to get blacklisted by Marvel.
Owen also confessed that later he received a cryptic message from an anonymous number, which read, “No joke ... I got an ominous text saying ‘strike one’ ... we think it might've been Kevin Feige using a burner phone ... but that was never confirmed.”
Notably, the American actor has also worked in other Marvel projects, namely, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Assembled.
Although it is not confirmed, reports suggest Owen might be returning to the screen in anticipated hit, Avengers: Doomsday.
