Dwayne Johnson has recently explained what real masculinity looks like at this year’s CinemaCon on Thursday.
The Rock talks about women empowerment while promoting his new Disney’s live-action movie Moana.
During the event, Dwayne introduced leading lady Catherine Laga’aia, who plays the protagonist role, in the upcoming live-action movie.
“The hero of our story is not a princess, she’s a warrior,” he spoke to the crowd.
Red Notice actor states, “All men of all ages, we should empower and support and champion all women. That’s what real masculinity looks like.”
Elsewhere, Dwayne, who plays the role of demigod Maui in forthcoming movie, said that the “animated version was just an amazing experience for us as Polynesian people”.
“Maui has been with me for over a decade, and to have the opportunity to bring this powerful and vulnerable demigod to life means so much to me,” added the wrestler turned actor.
Meanwhile, the live-action Moana movie will release in theatres on July 10.
