Offset has broken his silence after a shocking shooting incident in Florida.
The rapper, 34, was hospitalized on April 6 after being shot outside Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, but in a swift turn of events, he was released just days later, with his team confirming he is now “up and walking.”
The chart-topping star addressed fans directly on Instagram, writing,
“Thank you to everyone who's checked in on me and showed me love! I'm good….but I'm planning to be better!”
He added, “I'm focused on my family, my recovery, and getting back to the music… realizing that life is made up of quiet wins and loud losses…”
The father of six, including three children with estranged wife Cardi B, also teased new music with a raw audio snippet, rapping, “World is cold/Trust no soul/Watch my foes,” hinting at a deeply personal phase ahead.
Meanwhile, the situation has taken another twist as Lil Tjay was arrested in connection with the incident.
As per People report, the authorities stated, "One person has been charged in connection with the incident that took place Monday night at a valet area outside of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood..."
However, his team has denied any link to the shooting, calling the reports inaccurate as the investigation moves forward.
