Offset faces new twist in Cardi B court dispute

Offset is reportedly facing a setback in his attempt to question the paternity of Cardi B’s newborn child with NFL star Stefon Diggs.

The development comes as court documents obtained by the publisher on Thursday revealed new rulings issued in late February as part of Offset’s ongoing divorce proceedings with the rapper.

As per TMZ, in the ruling, the court rejected Offset’s request to conduct a paternity test on Cardi B and Stefon Diggs’ baby boy, who was born in November last year.

“The Bodak Yellow star and the NFL player confirmed they were dating in June 2025 and announced they were expecting a child together four months later. They split earlier this year.”

However, the judge did allow Offset to move forward with a DNA test request involving another one of Cardi B’s children.

Meanwhile, the ex-pair, exchanged vows in September 2017 in a private ceremony. 

She filed for divorce from the former Migos rapper in July 2024, only days before revealing she was expecting her fourth child.

The former couple share three children Kulture, seven, Wave, four, and Blossom, 18 months, while Offset also has children from previous relationships.

Moreover, the outlet revealed that the judge also issued a restriction preventing both Offset and Cardi B from making “any disparaging or defamatory remarks about each other on social media or in interviews”.
