Offset faces legal turmoil after getting shot at Casino: More details

Cardi B’s former partner Offset, who is the father of six children, was shot in the valet area as he hung out at a casino in Florida.

The Annihilate crooner faced a major setback as he was also sued by Florida's Hard Rock Hotel and Casino as they claim the rapper borrowed $100k.

According to the court documents, the plaintiff cannot reach out to the musician. They are unable to withdraw money from his account to pay off debt due to low balance.

The organisation has filed a suit for “breach of contract and fraud.” Offset’s spokeperson shared that they are “working toward a resolution.”

Recently, he was embroiled in a fight and got shot. The rapper was taken to hospital after being shot in the leg. 

He is currently recovering from the injury and is stable now according to reports.

Although it was initially reported that Lil’ Tjay opened fire at Offset and was also wounded in a fight, his legal representatives broke silence and denied all the rumours of his involvement.

Was Lil' Tjay involved in Offset shooting case?

Tjay was later taken in to custody on April 6, 2026 and charged with disorderly conduct despite his spokeperson insisting he is not involved in the case.

A previous report indicates a brawl between the two as Tjay accused the Open It Up crooner of having a gambling addiction.
