Khloé Kardashian has sensationally revealed she was “conned” into joining the show that made her a global star.
Notably, it was none other than her mum Kris Jenner pulling the strings.
The 41-year-old beauty has lifted the lid on how she and sister Kourtney Kardashian initially flat-out refused to take part in Keeping Up with the Kardashians when approached back in 2007.
Speaking candidly, Khloé confessed she had zero interest in fame, insisting she was focused on running her boutique with Kourtney.
But Kris had other ideas and a clever pitch.
“She told us to think of it as a commercial for the store,” she revealed, explaining how the promise of boosting their Dash boutique in Calabasas finally won them over.
At the time, the sisters were hustling hard behind the scenes, doing everything themselves without a single employee.
From cleaning floors to handling taxes and steaming clothes, Khloé admitted they were learning on the job and had no clue what they were doing.
Fast forward nearly two decades, and Lamar Odom’s life couldn’t look more different.
Now a household name, she juggles family life with a string of business ventures, though insiders claim she’s taken a step back from one of her biggest brands.
Despite co-founding Good American in 2016, sources say Khloé is no longer involved in day-to-day strategy, instead focusing on her latest podcast and her Khloud snack line, launched in 2025.
