'Euphoria' Season 3 faces AI allegations with new release 'aiphoria'

Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi and other cast members are returning in the upcoming instalment after a long wait.

Although the third season was one of the most anticipated part to come out, the HBO series got embroiled in several controversies.

The new poster further aggravated the situation as die-hard fans are calling out the creators for supposedly using artificial intelligence.

The promotional artwork has a pyramid composition which features Zendaya on top while Sydney lays down in a seductive pose at the bottom.

After the new release went viral, the online community slammed the poster with one Instagram user sharing: “It’s giving ai,” while another named it “aiphoria.”

Similarly, a user expressed their confusion on X (formerly Twitter), writing: “Since when did it become a summer series?”

Many speculate that the creators used ChatGPT to create the work while sampling Marvel posters.

This came after Labrinth, notable for creating songs for Euphoria, called out the series before dragging the industry for turning new talents in to "snakes."

On the other hand, the Spider-Man: No Way Home actress was speculated to be skipping talks about the season ahead of its release while promoting all her projects.

When asked about it during a red carpet interview, she admitted it being a whirlwind as she wrapped up the filming within four months.
