Harry Styles is returning as the musical guest and host of the upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live, but the promo establishes a different kind of connection between him and the show's crew.
The teaser for the episode featured cast members Jane Wickline and Chloe Fineman alongside him, and the singer opened up about how he feels about the former.
“I’m sorry if I seem a bit off, I’m pretty nervous standing next to Jane,” the two-time Grammy winner stated.
Jane then responded “Harry, you promised you wouldn’t catch feelings,” prompting Chloe to interrupt and ask if there was something going on between the pair to which the One Direction alum confirmed that the duo had a history.
“The original title of my album Fine Line was Fine Wickline,” he added to which the SNL regular scolded “Harry, I’m at work,” prompting the Cinema singer to apologise.
Harry, who will be marking his seventh time returning to the sketch comedy show, also ended up crashing the Project Hail Mary star Ryan Gosling’s monologue last week.
Notably, the Watermelon Sugar singer’s presence ended up overpowering the Barbie star’s monologue since everyone was distracted by the former.
