Nicola Peltz Beckham shrugs off Beckham's feud to focus on film

Nicola Peltz Beckham has been too busy working to pay attention as she addressed regarding the feud of her husband and his parents.

The actress-and-director, whose husband Brooklyn has been estranged from his parents, Sir David and Lady Victoria Beckham, commented on the continuing tense situation.

For the unversed, in January Brooklyn dropped the bombshell Instagram post accusing his mother of hijacking their wedding and dominating the family.

When asked how she handled the mainstream backlash, Nicola told The Hollywood Reporter that she has been laser-focused on her next movie, Prima.

"I've been editing my next film for the past two and a half weeks," she said. 

"So honestly, I've been in the editing room. We haven't had weekends. We've just been trying to make a deadline [for Cannes]."

Moreover, she stated, "It's been so amazing to just put my focus on that and be creative."

Her multi-billionaire father, Nelson Peltz, recently added his straightforward advice on the need to keep family issues confidential.

"My advice is to stay the hell out of the press. How much good did that do?" he said at a WSJ event last month.

He continued, "My daughter and the Beckhams are a whole other story. That's not for coverage here today."

Furthermore, Nelson noted that his daughter and son-in-law are doing great and he is looking forward to them having a "long, happy marriage together."
