An inquiry into the death of Robin Windsor, the English Dancing professional, has disclosed the contributing factors to his mental health.

The reports revealed that being "vulnerable to rejection both emotionally and professionally" was the root cause of his despair.

For the unversed, Windsor took part in the BBC One series from 2010 to 2013 and died at the young age of 44 in February 2024.

Notably, he was found dead in a hotel room in Shepherd's Bush, west London. Before ending his life, he hinted, "too much pain, too much disappointment." 

British actress Kate Beckinsale took to her Instagram and disclosed screenshots of The Telegraph story and laminated.

She penned in her story, "What an absolutely senseless and preventable tragedy. Just a reminder to please be careful with people."

Moreover, she reflected, "Maybe don't make them apologise for feeling engulfing pain...my mum loved this show."

Continuing, "She would often be a little bit bummed out if I Facetimed her while she was watching it, even though she was always so excited to hear from me."

She noted, "This did not need to happen. This man did not need to feel so devastated and alone." 

According to the BBC, "Robin Jamie Windsor suffered from childhood trauma, he was vulnerable to rejection both emotionally and professionally.
